1 lb loss

I don't recommend cutting your calories intentionally to lose more weight, but in the protocol, Dr. S states that if you are uncomfortable eating the amounts he has listed, to feel free to omit something. I may not feel like that every day, but I certainly did yesterday. Regularity issues also seem to have cleared up. With a combination of lower caloric intake, regularity, and eating a little less sodium yesterday, I was able to see a 1 lb loss.

Today, I've packed sliced low fat deli chicken for lunch. I've also packed an apple and a tomato.
